I'll start answering my phone again after work today.
Speaking of work-
The boss and I are talking about what I'm working on when I get filled in that my bonus amount is being changed. I thought they were talking about this quarter's bonus, since I was a manager for most of it. They were talking instead about the bonuses that I will be getting going forward. Seems that I'll be going back on monthly bonuses, altho they will be pro-rated based on my part-timeyness.
Sweet. I thought I wouldn't be getting a bonus at all. It's kind of like free money.
My glasses gave me a major headache last night. The correction for the astigmatism that I didn't know that I have makes everything look wonky. I'll try them again before calling the eye doctor back to check that they got it right.
I'm not sure why I'm so woozy. The glasses, the fact that I ate real meat for the first time in over a week last night, and my lack of decent sleep all contribute.
Edit: I need to call the eye doc back - my glasses make the world look like a messed up funhouse - a far cry from the "well, you can get glasses but it's not a really big deal" that the doc said the first time. They're a bit strong for "not a big deal".
