So filling in the Blanks
So yesterday I was called into my bosses office. She had found out about my job interview on tuesday and decided to fire me. June 30th is my last day. That was why I needed a hug. No real reason, just ,"I'd be happy to talk to anyone about any other oppurtunity you may have, give you a recomendation, but it just isn't going to work out here."
The bitch was almost smiling.
Unfortunately she has dotted every i and crossed every t, I have no recourse even if I wanted it.
Although my complete lack of shock or reaction drove her insane.
The funny things about this are these:
1:The morning guy she just hired, a partner's son, just finished training. So now they technically don't need me anymore. Convenient.
2: Despite the fact that "the firm" agrees with her, she wants me to twell everyone that "I'm exploring a new oppurtunity elsewhere."
So everyone agrees but we shouldn't tell them she got rid of me. The funniest thing about this last point is she just got word that she will be receiving another evaluation due to "inter-Personnel" issues.
So that is my current trip down the shit slide.
Although I take it as a good sign for this new job. Tying off the potential loose ends you know.
