I was cleaning out my night stand and I found the only letter that I didn’t put in the scrapbook that Ryan had and threw it out or has it still. This letter was written on January 6th, 2005. Ryan said he stopped loving me when he got back from London and that was in late December, so was this letter just BS? Or did he mean everything he said

I'm sorry so many things seem to have been left unfulfilled on that list of his to you. I don't know what happened or how it did, but lord I hope you can find a way through this. There's no reason to give up on love, but sometimes we just can't control how love works either.

If I was in control over my own love, I might never have gotten past my own shell and my own misgivings. I pray you get through this alright. And know that even if things don't make sense, you have people here for you.

Yea, it really sucks to go through all this, but I mean when you are hurt like this by the person you love, you tend to never want to love again. And love CAN be controlled. Love can be controlled by giving all you have, by forgiving, by caring, by making it stronger.

Sometimes you don't even have to know a person that well to understand how he or she feels. And for the most part, I'd have to say you're a great person too; having to put up with all this anguish isn't an easy thing for anyone. I just hope you can find someone who appreciates you, and hopefully doesn't just throw around words if his actions don't match them.

I don't know if that was the case here, but sometimes it just seems to me like words don't convey everything that someone wants to say. Sometimes words aren't enough, or sometimes they hide misgivings.
Maybe he really did mean it then. Maybe something changed. Truthfully, he might not even know.

But he showed me he loved me, I mean yes there were fights and all, but he amde me happy. He couldn't have faked everything he did! And it wasn't just words, it was everything...if he meant it then, then he would still feel the same because love doesn't just fade. And how could he not kow what he felt? He was the only one to know what exactly he felt. He knew and stil know what he felt and feels. But he couldn't just have faked it or loved me because love doesn't end just like that....
