Nominating multiverse fandoms like Comics and World Mythologies

Since comics and mythologies tend to be vast fandoms encompassing hundreds of characters, we're going to divide them up, as we did last year. This way, the more obscure women don't get lost among the more popular ones.

Is it okay for us to use multiple fandom slots to nominate branches of a single universe, or is that considered uncool? For example could I do this:

DC Comicsverse - The Flash: Meloni Thawne, Lisa Snart, etc.
DC Comicsverse: Maxine Baker, Traci Thirteen, etc.

Or would that be considered unfair, since it would allow me to nominate 10 DC characters total?
