Is participating anonymously allowed? As in posting potential fills on AO3 and then only dropping a link here (in the round ups, for example)?

Sure. You can fill on AO3, if you'd like or you can email us the fic and we can post it on your behalf anonymously (with the right header), and do the link in the round up.
