Well written! And controversial too: Ron kissing someone while (apparently) having a girlfriend? Why? And who is she? Certainly a fic from which one could start an interesting debate about Ron's character and life...

She picked up a bottle of heartbreak teardrops. She ran her fingers along the label. “It was you,” she said softly.
Oh, my poor girl. I always over-relate to Lavender's one-sided affection. She's a girl after my own heart.

He leaned in and kissed her softly, pulling her into his arms. He pulled back and looked into her deep brown eyes. “You were under the mistletoe.”

I love this. I love everything about it. You picked my favourite pairing and gave me everything I love. I was so glad to open it on Christmas Eve and what a lovely present it was. WONDERFUL. You touched on everything I adore about their relationship.

This didn't go as I expected. I think she managed to appeal to Ron's ego just by confessing. He'd probably never found her more attractive than in that moment. :)

Thank you for reading! From what I was feeling from him, he is a bit frustrated at his lack of girlfriend paying attention to him - so he is seeing Lavender in a new light again.
