(no subject)
so um...
today on my break i went to starbucks to get a fork.
went outside where i sat down to eat my chipotle from earlier. MMM.
then amanda came out to smoke with me and handed me an application.
she said that her manager watched me work at borders the other day and wants me to work for him.
FUCKIN RIGHT.
im glad sommebody notices how goddamn hard i work at that place cuz my supervisor sure as hell doesn't.
so i applied. they pay more and their hours are more flexible and i wont work till 11 three nights a week.
its realy just an all around better deal.
sooo that made my day. because im really beginning to hate borders. everyone that works there (almost everyone) is ignorant and lazy and terrible at their jobs and the management is shitty and and and i could go on but i'll spare you.
im considering just calling out on friday so i don't miss reggie because THATS how much i don't care about my job at this point. terrible.
i dont really know what else has been going on lately. life is pretty mundane, but in a pretty ok way. for the most part.
i thought living at home would mean that i would drink less, but it just limits it to the weekends which start on thursdays. i can no longer drink friday nights however because it makes getting to work at 8 the next morning a little difficult. so two nights a week. i guess thats not bad.
theres been some good sober fun too. saturday we went to sugarloaf because it was a PERFECT day for it. then went to this church group thing because these muslim girls were giving a talk and it was really really cool. then we drank some ridiculous vodka at jenn's. it was like 40 dollars for a fifth. CRAZY. sunday morning was mcdonalds for some bangin hashbrowns. and then work. today was borders with jenn. then we met up with buck for lunch during his break at chipotle. word. i need to stop spending money on food. its silly.
i also need a haircut.
both of my midterms are on thursday and i work till 11 wednesday night. thats bad news. we'll see how it goes.
