Just showed the apartment to a lady that might take it. I've shown it to several people over the last four days and have gotten a good bullshit sensor going. Felicia is looking at a possible divorce so she wants something short-term. Her own space close to her work at the University. While I felt bad for her (she was the second to see the place under these circumstances) she was really positive and motivated. She picked up an application and left the fee so she could fax the completed form in later. She's even willing to buy out the whole $4k left on the lease if they are scared of her credit.
Yes. Yes. Yes!! I shouldn't get to excited but I got a really good vibe from her and the Universe. I've got shipping to do and more organizing left, but this is all falling into place. I've been exceptionally anxious, scared really, but deep inside I've tapped into a calm that knows this is going to work out. For a reason. Such a great feeling.
