Yikes! Just got out of my first interview in over a decade and it sure showed. Well, I can ooze charm and charisma when necessary so I fell back on that. Yet inside I was a nervous wreck after two minutes. Even started sweating!
So silly too. It's just a position at the night desk in my apartment building. Figure it's something to keep me off the streets and give me a little structure. Also thought about applying at the coffee shop across the street for the same reason.
Anyway. The manager is nice and we'd chatted before so I think I played it well. I didn't put John down as a reference but I guess he'd offered up happy words when asked. Should know sometime today.
Definitely need to practice this shit.
