Thanksgiving//Gemini
Heyy! Hope everybody well Canadians anyways all had a good Thanksgiving! I know I did..even though it was slightly different than usual haha. Okay well first off this has been the first year in a long year where we haven't gone to Sturgis for Thanksgiving and everybody's been there and its just been like a big family get together with Anna,Henry,Rebel (soemtimes Todd),Tory,Gramma,Grampa,Auntie Kay,Auntie Kat,Uncle Allan (sometimes), Auntie Clara and us..but yea we couldn't go there because Auntie Kat and Uncle Allan are in Mongolia and Gramma,Anna and Auntie Kay are all there and Gramma cooks the meal and its at her house so yeahhh you get the picture. So we stayed home. So on Thanksgiving Monday we were having supper which was realllllly strange cuz weve always had Thanksgiving supper on like SUnday night because everybody usually needs to head back home on Monday. So Celena is like yah you're not eating so I'm coming over and im like okay whatever. But I lost track of time I guess so I wasn't upstairs waiting. So Celena walks in our house without knocking haha and my mom sees her and screams and almost has a heart attack XD Then we got this yardstick cardboard thing that I had bubble gum in and we decided to pull them apart so with all our strength we got lke a 1/6 of it pulled off then we were having sword fights..I'll maybe post pictures later. but yea so we were like fighting and then she "stabbed" me and I fell and yea it was hilarious. So we decided that was our new thing and that every Thanksgiving we had to have a sword fight. Then we had supper and that was funny and yea it was just a reallllly funny night.
Today I had my first practice. I know like everybody on my team lol..Ashley,Chessa,me,Spud,Brooke,Bryhanna,Ariel, Kailyn R., Kailyn E. (she played as a pickup player for us in outdoor),Shelby and 3 other people that I can't remember off the top of my head. We were picking out ours jerseys (they are this reallllly weird lime green color super ugly lol i would actually trade them for the bumblebee yellow almost) and Shawn (our coach) is like do we have a Rachel here tonight..and im like yeaaa that would be me cept that its Rachelle but yea call me Rachelle because nobody can like prounounce my name the right away so yea...and then Ross (assitant coach and assitant from oudoor) is like whoa your real names Rachelle XD and im ilke yahhh and hten everybody else on the team is like call her rara I dont know her as anythign else haha.Im well know xD Yeah it was a pretty easy practice we like spent a lot of time picking out our jerseys, ran a lap around the field reallly slow, stretched then did this shooting drill first with our right foot where you strated at half and shot right outside the circle then got a pass ont he right and then a throwin on the left. THen we had to do it with our left food which was hilarious. Then we scrimmaged against one of the other Aurora teams whose name I do not know as it is wayyy to confusing. I had Christina on my team and I was like purposely being nasty coughcough and she would try to get past but didn't i looove playing when im motivated
That's about it..I shoooulld be studying for my science but I already studied for 15 minutes with my magic soccer ball memory thing dont ask...unless you want to know a way to help you memorize anything..and I'll study before I go to bed and in the morning before shcool oh that reminds me I have to ask Mr.Klein if the gym is open on Saturday or Sunday so my team can have practice sicne right now we have practice Tuesday's from 9-10 at Sutherland which is a tiny gym like 1/3 of ours..we have one of the biggest elementary school gyms in all of S'toon.
