oh happy day!
eek! i am in a wondrous mood today, mostly from the mass of reviews I've gotten from chapter 7! It's been less than 12 hours and I already have 13 reviews. Oh I'm so happy!!!!!
This more than makes up for the flamers!!!hehe!
On another note, I'm really looking forward to tonight's concert!!! omg. I've made this big banner that stretches across at least 15 people. It's absolutely awesome. and yes i'm being obsessive but I dont care!
Still have no idea what I'm going to do with chapter 8. I started Tempora Mutantur with the intention of making it a dark fic, but it seems now that the comic parts of it make it better and I really enjoy writing the comedy, so I might think about changing it.
Afterall, there are more than enough dark TR/HG out there and one that I've recently read that is absolutely beautiful in prose is Take My Heart Away. The characterization is absolutely beautiful, especially her Tom. I love her Tom, he is sooo original and not many people can pull off such a tough characterization.
I've decided to start a daily rant page on lj. It'll be fun and relieve my stress about certain things of the world.
Compared to that Tom, I feel as if mine pales in comparison. But no matter what, he's always sexy, and I love him. I confess I have problems with portraying Tom Riddle as an emotional bastard b/c I disagree with Rowling's description of him. How can the teenage Tom be emotionless if Voldemort is so full of angst and hatred? They are both emotions, so yes, I believe he does feel. It's quite impossible not to, even for the Dark Lord. He's still human, however little he looks like it.
