RIP MaryJane

So my Prelude bit the dust, somewhat. The headgasket is dead and would cost around $1000-$1500 to fix. Considering the amount I've already put into that car, and the amount of things that still need to be done, the decision was made to bury her and get another car.

I had my heart set on another Prelude, my parents wanted me to buy something "more responsible". Well. I won out in the end :D Yesterday I went and picked up the baddest 'lude I could have imagined getting. This one needs no work and is in near-pristine condition. Well worth the $6000 I now have to pay to the bank.

I haven't named him yet (he seems like a he and not a she, and my old 'lude was definitely a she, odd how that is). But he is definitely hot and I can't wait to start tooling around everywhere in it. The engine is a brand new JDM swap (VTEC ftw!), it only has 15K miles on it! It has new everything.

While I am sad that MJ is dead in the water and now has to be sold to the highest bidder, I guess it happened for a reason. This guy has been trying to sell this Prelude for years on and off. His wife said people made offers and he was always firm and said no he would only take $7500 for it. Somehow I got him to take $6000. Woo!

Without further ado, here he is. Big bad man that he is.
