I stand before the edge and sky alike
you standing there with eyes of sapphires blue
the waters, below they shacke and bombard the wind
the night, cold and thirsty, wanting
with buzzards circling over head and view
as i dare to cross the wide and open sea
the light is blinds me with a striking blow
opportunity richochets with fury
bounces of me and is sent afar
i lose my ballance and slip the fear away
i fall downwards to perilous doom
but as the light fades from my only view,
the face from far apperars in brightened hue
the only thingthat kept me stray fom harm
and that face was that reason i accepted to die
if only she knew
if only the light returned
if only love were only stronger
if only, if only
