omg you're working from home now?? LUCKY!!!

i talked to my coach at work who did her honeymoon in tahiti, bora and one other island -- sounds like sooooooooooooooo much fun!! and she only spent $14k (honeymoon only) :X

14k eh wow? Do you know how long she stayed? We're trying to keep it under double-digits for 7-10 days, and we're going to fly from LAX to Tahiti (Aeroplan to LAX)..

I think she said they flew from JFK (NYC) b/c Tahiti flies from there but if it's cheaper to fly from LAX then definitely do it there :) They stayed 10 days, I think? Either 10 or 14... and it was between 3 islands so that might have bumped up the cost (ie flying b/w the islands, different resorts) PLUS they did a lot of excursions. She said everything cost $$$ b/c it's a honeymooning spot...

Let me know if you want anymore info! She said there's some travel agent downtown that specializes in these vacations so if you want that agency's contact info I can try to get it for you, if you don't already have it :)

If you wouldnt mind asking her which agent it was, that would be great..thanks! So far we've been getting quotes from Tahiti Legends on packages to Tahiti/Bora Bora and theyre not too bad (flying out of LAX).

I think they used airmiles to go somewhere too - maybe to JFK??
