Work was interesting. A guy came in to return his Sony VAIO notebook. His first reason was that the screen goes black and white right before you shutdown the computer in Windows XP (DUH!!!). After I proved to him that was part of the normal operation, he told me that video tends to get choppy with black lines across the screen. So I took it back to an empty work bay. I then opened media player and played the most recent video file. It turned out that it was the video file at fault. A corrupt porn video file!!! So my supervisor and one of the customer service reps looked at me like they usually look at me when I do something weird. I told them that I needed to collect myself so I don't start laughing hysterically when I tell the customer that his computer is fine. But he just made excuse after excuse and returned his purchase not knowing of my amusing discovery. Please do yourself a favor and delete your porn before taking your computer to service!
