This is like a drunk post.

Except it's a sleep-dep post, because I've been awake for 20 hours now.  I'm going to blame it on fever. And stress. And FEVERSTRESS. Because being sick for a month is stressful to the mind and the body.

KOTOR is still fun the second time through, because I'm picking up on all kinds of little foreshadowing moments that they drop throughout the game that I missed the first time. Mostly from love-interest Carth, who I have decided is Force sensitive, because he is foreshadowing-boy.

I am super excited that you, my friends, are super excited about TOR.  I hope we get to play together, but I fear that this will not be because I'm betting there's gonna be some Sith among my friends, and I am totally Republic.  Not Jedi though.  That's the downside of KOTOR--the arrogance of Masters on both ends of the spectrum starts to get to you.  I look forward to the refreshing and funny pragmatism of the Smuggler.

There's a bit in North and South (derailed train of thought!) where I got angry at one of the main characters.  She gets locked in her room by her abusive husband.  And I went, "You are not trapped!  You have many working windows, and like, nine thousand yards of fabric in that room!  I could escape from there!"  Plus, she was only on the second floor.  PLUS all the servants and slaves liked her and hated her husband.  So, no problems.  Instead, she stayed put, and almost starved to death.  Blecch.
