Thomas loves me!
So I haven't been updating on Livejournal in awhile, I know. I've been completely busy! 18 days is NOT that far away, and this is completely happening, and you have NO IDEA how excited I am! Oh Lord!
Me and Dra'von have quickly become the best of friends, and that's awesome. We know what's going on with each other, 100%. He impresses me all the time, and I impress him as well, and we have complete respect for each other. That's so unusual! I know that I never have to worry about him hitting on me, even if he does like me, because he respects my boyfriend and my situation. And he's going to be a manager soon! He's just got to complete his training!
Lately Thomas (one of my managers) has been oddly nice to me. I mean, like, extremely nice to me. Yesterday, for example, when I came into work I was like, "yo, Thomas, I want you to make your fries for me sometime today". Just to let you know, he makes the BEST cheese bacon fries IN THE WORLD! NO COMPARISON! Anyway, he said he would. Then he put me on front line (one of my favorite places to work) and we were chill all day. I cleaned his fry hopper (everybody hates that job) without complaint. Dra'von was still there, so he offered to make a Captain Dee's run, and I told him that if they had root beer, to get me some. He says, "with Thomas's money?" and I go "Sure! No, just kidding, I'll pay you back when you tell me how much it is" and Thomas throws him two dollars and says, "if they have it, get her some."
I was like the spoiled little kid!
So I went on break and Thomas let me order what I wanted (I made a double cheeseburger only mayo, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and cheese for no extra charge) and he made his yummy fries. When everyone went to go try some, he said, "what are you doing?! Those are Kristena's fries... I made them JUST for her!" LoL
Later on still, when I was cleaning everything for close, Thomas, in front of his whole crew (most of them complaining for lack of hours), asked if I wanted to stay until close today. Of course I agreed happily. White Brittany mumbled "isn't she already in overtime?" and I know I will be today. I had 27 hours by Friday. I got 7 1/2 hours yesterday... that's 34 1/2... and then I will be work 10 1/2 hours today... that's 45 hours. So yes, I'm in overtime. But Thomas doesn't care. I just wonder what I did to make him like me so much... and is this treatment going to last?
