Ultrasounds, guys, awkwardness
I don't remember my last update, so here's everything as it were.
Yesterday afternoon mom and I were on our way to the hospital when my cellphone started ringing. It was Drew! I hadn't called him in days, so I wondered why he was calling so suddenly. Here's a part of the convo:
"Hello? Drew?"
"Hi Kristena! How are you?"
"Okay.... why are you calling me?"
"What, I'm not allowed to call you anymore?"
"Well, it's just, you're Drew. You never call me first."
"Well you never call me anymore so I thought I would call you and see how things are going."
It was so strange! I told him I'd call him back, but I keep forgetting.
And then I took my ultrasound for the ovarian cyst. I won't find anything out for days, but I just know the ultrasound kind of hurt. The guy was pressing the machine HARD against my full bladder, and I really really didn't like it.
Well, I did something with another guy, nothing big- just making out. It was a guy I really like who has someone already. I wouldn't let it go farther than that, because I practice self-control now. But it was nice to just kiss somebody again, even if he may never be mine. I'm not so concerned about it anymore, but I think I would be if I knew the girlfriend.
Today I had an awkward moment during first period. Me and Megan went to make copies, and we met up with Matt S in the hall, so we all went to the library, and guess who was there?! Cassidy! And then Megan called her over to help us with the copy machine. I never thought I'd be caught in a room with Cassidy, let alone with Matt there too!
Then, in fifth period, I didn't do anything but talk to DJ, who is a cool person, but I don't know too well. We were talking and he goes, "haha I don't have to take math next year!" and I looked at him and said, "well f*ck you!" and he says, "not now, maybe later. There are too many people in here."
I can never say anything like that without some guy expecting something, lol. I'm just making this too easy.
And well, I'm almost done with the first few rows at the bottom of my latch-hook kit because that's my new hobby when I'm on the phone with CERTAIN PEOPLE until four in the morning! But I love you <3
