It's been a crazy few weeks!
Commuting, work, gym, some rare free time... argh!
First off, you already know about me getting a new job in SF! I'll be a tech for First Republic Bank. Talk about an organization with extreme career potential :) A shout out goes to Erik, who found my resume on Monster and recruited me for the gig. Thanks, man! You are awesome :)
Ok, on to the really late WIR...
So the current project I'm on... well, it's been keeping me on my feet, literally! Sitting down in my car (or my coworker's car if he drives) at the end of the day is relaxing only until we get to Dixon Landing on 880. The drive by at SCU last week sucked, as they were on spring break, but today... oh yeah, baby! LOL
I've been hanging out with Jim and his buddies these past couple of weekends. Last week, he came up to Concord with his friend Paul and yesterday was a Sharks game and dinner with more of his friends.
Friday night was Sushi in SOMA with Cari and Helen, then happy hour in the Castro... I'll sum it up by saying that being drunk by 9PM and having pics to prove it is a bad thing... (they're on facebook, and will only remain on facebok :P)
Saturday night was John's surprise birthday party at 1220. Leave it to him to be late, and go figure he'd cram his schedule... He drove down to Riverside County at midnight to make it to an 8AM Rodeo clinic, then drive back up the same day... crazy, I tell ya! LOL
And on a somber note...
I found out over the weekend that the brother of a good friend from HS died last week. If any of you know Colleen, or her brother Tim, please keep them in your thoughts and prayers.
