Projects Questionnaire

This questionnaire is important for me to understand what makes Humans “tick.” Every person comes from a very unique background so one cannot understand the underlying human condition without questioning those outside of their comfort. The information I receive from this will be taken in consideration and used to create a sculpture piece about what is beneath the surface of a person.
Be completely honest and open. No names are being recorded. I am less concerned with knowing who wrote what or creating a personal bias. The information is what is important.
1. What is the Human condition?
2. What do you think makes you Human?
3. Go back to your childhood and think of the people closest to you. What can you distinctly remember?
4. As an adult what sticks out in your mind about the people you surround yourself with now?
5. If given the opportunity to live life without Anxiety, Responsibility, or the need to work for your survival; what would you fill your time with?
6. When your life feels too rushed or cluttered what do you do?
7. Why does morality exist?
8. If society didn’t exist with morality or a “code” of ethics what would you do publicly that you fear to do now?
9. What Human qualities are you disgusted by?
10. And what qualities enrich you life, make you happy, and keep you content?
11. What do you fear?
12. If there is anything you feel is necessary to add to any of this that I have not covered in the question feel free to elaborate. Use the back of these papers if there isn’t enough room to write.
