It looks like this month I started with a trend of around 202, and ended the month trending at 194. An 8-pound drop over the month of March, about the same loss as February. No complaints from me on that front, so I'll carry on. I'm down almost 30 pounds from the start of the year, which ain't too shabby. Shiny graphs justify my obsessive daily tracking of weight, so:
The spike to 198 on March 23 was after a two-day, totally-unaccounted-for weekend binge with family and friends. I won't complain much, though - a little indulgence now and again won't kill me.
In the next month or so I'll want to start thinking about what I'll do, and how, after I hit a healthy steady-state weight during the summer. Start lifting weights, maybe.
