Stay on target

I started February trending around 210, and ended it trending at 202. My progress isn't as fast as I might like, but I'm more or less satisfied. I've managed a couple of sub-200-pound data points in the last few days, which feels pretty damn good! It'd be easy to call it a win and rest on my laurels, but screw that. Why would I come this far and quit?




You see the graph above, yeah? The trend line starts to flatten towards the end of the month, which isn't entirely unexpected, but I was hoping to see it flatten out around 190. I've got some more work to do, clearly, but I'm making good progress and establishing good habits. So! How's everyone else's health?
