Partying with the Mouse for 40 years
Tonight at 8:40pm ET, Chuck E. Cheese restaurants everywhere in the USA went for a Guinness World Record number of partygoers. At the last minute I was drafted to be the official counter at the CEC location in Hicksville NY (where Chuck E. is now my friend, even though my past history was with Union NJ). So I filled out the official paperwork which tallied 68 folks here blowing their party horns in honor of Chuck E. Cheese's 40th anniversary. The nationwide figures will be totalled up this coming week by Guinness.
