Heather Update
After more tests today they found out that her gallbladder has decided to stop working and therefore has to be removed. Good news is they figured out what was causing the pain, bad news is surgery. The surgeon says this can be done lathroscopicly and is an out patient procedure. That of course is if everything goes smoothly. Worst case is is that they'll have to make a small incision and remove it that way. The surgery is scheduled for sometime tomorrow afternoon/early evening. I don't have a specific tim yet. I'll be at work tomorrow but will be home with her on Thursday. Her mom, as sweet as she is, is going to drive me crazy trying to make sure someone is at her side for the next 96 hrs. As I said, Thursday is covered. I wanted to know if any of you have a schedule that would allow you to swing by, if convenient, during the day on Friday to check on her. I'm sure she'll be fine, but I know she would be happy to see some friends and the piece of mind of having people check on her would be nice. Send me an email if you might be able to help. Update - Her surgery is Wednesday morning at 7:30. She should be home Wednesday night.
