I want to be camping. Or backpacking. With some friends. And around a fire. Playing country songs. And drinking Coors. Not Coors light. I want a Coors. Jonatan and I are going camping on Sunday. I might look into that.
I'm going camping with Danielle on Thursday night. We're going for her sister's birthday.
'Two days of school left'. I'm going to take my online final for my computer science class tomorrow. Pretty sure if I don't make at least a 90 on that test, I make a D in the class. I'm fine with that. I don't really care. Obviously ... or I wouldn't be on the verge of making a D at Hill College. (Which any mentally handicapped 8 year old could do.)
5 weeks of work left. Man oh man I'll be glad when thats all over. I'm getting very burnt out on it.
I'm selling some backpacking gear online. Thought I'd get rid of some stuff and make a few bucks at the same time. It's turned out to be such a hassle. I'd rather have just donated it. I'm tired of sending emails to people all day.
Saturday night is the Lucero concert. I'm not excited but I really want to go. I'm hoping it'll be fun. Think it'll be unlike any other concert I've been to.
My mom told me that we can go to Kohl's Tuesday and she has a 70 dollar gift card I can use. Its to buy shoes to go with a suit she bought me. But if there is anything left, I can use it. Probably won't be much left. Hopefully enough to buy some underwear from backpacking (or working out.)
If anyone has the time, there is a really cool video @ http://www.made-in-england.org/videos/cdt/. It's made by two guys from England who came over here to hike the Continental Divide Trail. They are pretty funny guys. Seem really nice. The video's have awesome music. I think the 3 minute version of the video is the one that pops up when you go to the site. But it isn't really worth anything. The 15 minute video is cool. But the full length videos are awesome. I litterally was shaking my head in disbelief of some of the footage. Absolutely amazing. It was shot on an HD camera, so the video itself is very cool. You'll need a pretty quick internet. I know this isn't anyone on this websites thing but ... I think pretty much anybody can appreciate this. Seems like a sweet way to spend six months. I don't know if I'll ever have enough time to do the CDT all at one time but hopefully, I'll be able to do it in sections sometime. Definately with a partner. This isn't the kind of trail I'd do alone. Pretty wild compared to the AT. Enjoy.
