Lets say, hypothetically, Isaac wants to to Orlando at the beginning of August (we will say from the 7-15th) to see his girlfriend. The roundtrip is 3810 miles. So, if Isaac wants to drive, we must keep in mind that his car gets 40 miles to the gallon. This comes to around 96 gallons of gas. So, keeping current gas costs in mind, this will cost around 225. He will be buying approximately 24 meals during his trip. Add 200 dollars. He also needs a place to stay, and 4 nights at 30 dollars a night, add 120 dollars. Add another 200 spending money, thats 755. hmm, relatively expensive. Now lets see if Isaac flies.
According to cheaptickets.com, a flight and a hotal (now we are talking the 9th-13th) is 475. Not bad. This time, add 350, which should include spending money and food. So our total is 825. I am only paying 70 more dollars to fly. This is of course subject to change, however, I think this would be the ideal plan. Now to make that much money...hmmm.
