I have done things!

WooHoo have I accomplished a bunch today! I finally got the last set of shelves put together in the basement and now the last of my graphic novels have a home with lots of room to grow. :)

While I was mucking about with the shelves I went through my boxes of action figures, you know, gotta work out which ones get displayed now and which are waiting for the good wall mounted displays, and it turns out I'm missing four figures out of the line of Stargate action figures. Two of which are now on my amazon wish list and the other two I'm not really sure how to get cos they were send in upc's and get the fig, (like I was gonna cut up the packaging, even if it was to get another figure) e-bay I suppose.

Yesterday I finally crashed from my manic high. I hate the way that feels. Could be worse I guess, I could have a traditional bipolar disorder instead of the dysthymia/bipolar combo. Anyway, I'm back to feeling mostly normal. It was a rather longer manic episode than usual and I've bounced back from the drop faster than normal too. Dare I hope things are changing? I am getting older with all the attendant hormone crap that goes with it. Sucks to be me. lol

The devil, aka amazon, was/is having a $6 soundtrack sale. I got the original London cast recording of Rocky Horror Picture Show and the original movie cast recording of Wizard of Oz. Mostly I think it's funny that I bought those two soundtracks. Talk about different on the outside. (tho if you think about it, the two movies share many of the same themes, making friends, going on an adventure, finding love and acceptance and your way home) I wonder if any local theaters are doing a live performance of Rocky Horror for Halloween this year. I've been to both the stage and movie productions, they are a blast.

I leave you with this, a most badass Tool cover
