In conclusion, I'd like to thank fanfic for coming up with so damn many ways that Agent Coulson is not dead. Cos he's not, Joss be damned. Just saying.

That's what fanfic is for!!! Besides, we never saw a body, and you know the saying, "No body, no crime." Anyways, it wasn't Joss' fault - the execs told him he had to kill Coulson. They suck. Were you the one who told me about this show, Ultimate Spiderman? It looks awesome. Coulson is undercover as the principal at Peter Parker's school. Clark Gregg is doing the voice too.

That sucks that the PTB made Joss kill of Coulson. You're right though, no body, no funeral, etc means he's still alive. I hadn't heard of the spiderman cartoon, though I had heard rumors they were going to be moving Coulson into the regular 616 marvel universe. He and Agent Sitwell could be twins in the books. (Sitwell in the Winter Soldier comic is the spitting image of Coulson in the movies imo)

You know Peter Parker is my boy and that cartoon looks like a HS AU crossover fic featuring Agent Coulson as well as various people from all over the Mavel universe. It's like my perfect fantasy come true...except for the part where it plays on one of the extra Disney channels that you can only get if you have the 800 channel package, which we don't. I am hoping it plays later on a different station. Or I guess I can wait for the DVDs.

I have never read the Winter Soldier comic (not really a Captain America fan, so I never followed it enough to also then get into WS) but I like the idea of Coulson having a twin!

I've seen print ads for the Spiderman cartoon now in some of my comics and the art style looks very fun, plus Wolverine and Iron Man! That's a bummer bout it being on one of those extra channels tho, guess I'll see it if I come across it elsewhere then.

As for the Winter Soldier, I have a thing for Bucky that I'm not sure where it came from. He's so wonderfully abused in Marvel canon it's a beautiful thing. In his comic he and Natasha kick ass all over the globe in their special black ops way while he's all angsty over his horrible actions as a brain-washed assassin for the Russians during the cold war. Gods, comics are awesome! lol
