- I can't believe I forgot to mention that the Librarian and I have plans to head up to Humboldt where we will meet more remarkable trees, not to mention waterfalls, beaches, tidepools, gwynny  and synchronaut . Very Merry That.

Merry LJ Birthday!

I am so jealous that you will be in Humboldt County. I think I really need to get back up there. Justin keeps talking about going back up there but I'm not sure how it would work out. He has such fond memories of his time there and I fear that he'll be disappointed when he goes back. I suffer that fate every time I go back to Stevens Point - it always seems less bright and shiny than I remember it.....
