Today in class we're going over Eclipse, which is nice but I already know this stuff so I'm not paying a lot of attention currently.
Tomorrow I start dieting again. I've been bad and been cheating, but I'd like to get down to the point I was when I started going to college. I have done well so far, but there is still a lot of work left.
I wonder how you meet people in the circumstances I am currently in. It wasn't too hard at Iowa State to find and make friends. There are so many activitiesand such, although I don't tend to keep a million friends like some people I know do. Here I am lost. I am taking one class and basically working full time here. This defiantly makes making friends harder, and quite frankly online friends don't seem to always make up for the differences. (Not to mentionsome of them are hardly on-line anymore.)
I really wish I was better at this sort of thing, because there are only a couple people my age at work, and well they aren't exactly a good match for friends and are all managers to boot. Lets put it this way, I found the average high schooler annoying in high school. They haven't gotten better with age.
More bad news is that I found out that the range of cars I'm looking for (newer Corllas/Echos) that the differences in interest rates is a killer for me personally. It would be about the same in interest/payments per month due to the differences in price not being as big as with American cars, which are dirt cheap after 2-3 years. So I may have to get something like a Cavalier, instead of the car I really wanted for financial reasons. *sigh* Either that or I have to spend a lot more money than I wanted to, aka new or one year old. I did want that nice gas milage... I really did.
