Putting the "Running" Back Into "Free Running"

Since the weather has been tolerable for about a week now, I've been out running every day to get back into good shape. With parkour being no fun in the snow and no gym membership, I practically sat on my ass all winter; it showed when I went out for the first jam of the season.

Just by doing short jogs in the morning, my endurance has been increasing noticeably every day. I've got two goals: one, to be able to run at least 5 kilometres without stopping; and two, to be able to run 3.2 kilometres in under 13 minutes.

Y'know, I used to hate running long distances, but since going at it daily, I'm kind of getting a craving for it. I like this.
