Hisashiburiiii!!
Its been a while since my last update. probably a year? LOL.
I'm not going to update about my Canada trip anymore, because it was out-of-date story. So, no further ranting, here comes the new travelogue: Discovering Said Nursi Tour-Turkey.
In general Badiuzzaman Said Nursi is a great Muslim man, who believed that modern science and logic was the way of the future, he advocated teaching religious sciences in secular schools and modern sciences in religious schools. Badiuzzaman inspired a faith movement(the Risale-i Nur) that has played a vital role in the revival of Islam in Turkey and now numbers several million followers world wide. (source: wikipedia)
It was a great tour, not like any other commercialize tour package, it was different from other. We get to meet with many people, especially the students of Badiuzzaman who still alive. We went to the school for the Risale-i Nur movement, see the facilities and education system. It is an unforgettable journey, that makes me fall in love with Turkey. I wish that I can migrate there, God's will.

Our plane to Istanbul
As we arrived at Ataturk International Airport, Istanbul. We were welcome by our tourist guide, his name Yusuf. but we called him Yusuf abi. It is a turkish way of calling someone older than you and abi means brother. Yusuf abi is a turkish but was born in Sydney, Australia. So he can speak both English and Turkish fluently. He is our interpreter as well because turkish people don't understand English.
