ABSOLUTELY FOCUSED, I SWEAR
All right, first day home and I'm firing the gun to begin this break. Quick run down of the goals.
- Start practicing guitar again (I was horrible when I was practicing regularly, I can't imagine how bad it is going to be to start again after being away from it for a couple months, but I have lessons starting again in a month so I need to be ready and I miss it.)
- Write (various official and unofficial projects)
- Car is leaking fuel, take to shop and also replace tires ($$$, ugh)
- Go to comic store and see if there is anything worth becoming an elitist over
- Avoid friends as much as possible but
- Go to the popular hang out place of everyone and ignore them all, writing desperately in a notebook and poking at my PDA from time to time (If I appear as an arrogant busy asshole, maybe they will start believing I am an arrogant busy asshole.)
- Rent fucktons of movies
- Read way too much
- Be distracted by City of Heroes too often
- Play through my GBA SP games, maybe? We'll see
- Try to learn the ins and outs of WordPress
- I desperately want a camera phone (ps i live in PA, t1, and i have verizon) because i have an idea, and although it isn't a very good or original one, it's going to bug me until i at least make an attempt
I need as little outside distraction as possible to accomplish all this. GOOD THING I'M BACK IN A HOUSE WITH MY FAMILY, RIGHT?
