They blew up the chicken man in Philly last night
What a slow, slow week... gotten back into the habit of working, a habit I was happy to be free of for a few days whilst in VA. Paperwork and shit is going well with our apartment in the city, but my parents are in Iowa right now with my brother and they need a certified bank check on Monday (when we sign the lease) and I'm not sure how I'm going to get it, so I'm freaking out at the moment.
Yesterday was pretty lame. I found it impossible to get anything acccomplished at work, and felt a bit bad about it. Drove up to Poughkeepsie after work... had planned on hanging out with people and staying over up there but after I'd been there for about a half hour everyone was like "breh we're tired and leaving." Needless to say I was a bit fucking annoyed... I drove 45 minutes to hang out and didn't even spend enough time there to make up for a one-way drive. Left feeling mildly irritated and unfulfilled... but I bought gas for $2.63, so at least something was positive about the trip. However, I got together with Lisa at about 2am... silly drunk girl. Hung out for a while, had a lot of fun and she saved my day from being a waste. Thanks darling ;)
Now I've gotta to work early because Candice is a lazy whore... and I need the money.
