Saddle?!
Well, after talking with Doug and getting birthday and christmas present money forwarded to me, it looks I will be able to afford my friend's saddle without too much crunch on my budget. YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYY!!!!!!!!! She also gave me the number of another barn that not only is taking students, but also needs help cleaning out stalls to help pay for said lessons. YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYY again.
My only concern with the saddle is that Melissa is a sweet, fun and wonderful person, but she's not always the most reliable. I'm afraid she'll decide not to sell afterall -- she loves that saddle, too, and she's very willing to sell it to me because she knows I'll take great care of it. This is totally her choice, but I don't want to get my hopes up too high only to have them come crashing down.
I LOVE that saddle. L-O-V-E. So comfy.
She just got a new horse, too, so I'm going out this weekend to see her chestnut thoroughbred. yay!
