Oh dear. I...seem to have been press-ganged into a crew of pirates. This is a predicament. Whatever shall I do? La, I do believe I feel faint~!

Hey, did you eat something for your nose to end up like that or did you just anger some petty God?

Oh, no, it's always been this way. I'm quite accustomed to comments about it by now, although I must admit the notion that I was punished by a god is very amusing.

Well, wouldn't be the first time someone's ended up with a freakish face ornament as punishment from a god.

Hm. If you're in a storybook, I suppose.

You know, that's real funny coming from you, Pinocchio.

Though, I guess its understandable to have that sort reaction in a godless world like this.

How clever. I've not heard that one before.

Naturally. ...Are you saying your world is not godless?

Most worlds aren't godless - this one just wasn't lucky, I suppose. It won't be godless for long, though.

How is it that you know? Have you been to a great many worlds?

And there are countless systems of worship on different islands, here.

I've been to enough.

They may pray and give offerings, but trust me - there's no one else listening but me. If there were any other gods on this world I would have found out by now.

(ooc: I don't know if there really are any other gods or not here, Ares is just full of himself - as usual. XD)

ooc: as far as we know there aren't, haha, so have some polite skepticism rankyakukaku February 23 2010, 04:31:15 UTC
Oh. You're a god? How interesting.

The God of War, to be precise.

My! That's impressive! How is it that the god of war-excuse me, God of War-came to be in the Grand Line of our world?
