We had a woman come into the ER back in 1980 wanting "an abortion" on demand, refusing to consent to an exam in the ER and demanding an immediate D and C.
She turned out to have had a hysterectomy and was there to 'expose' our 'abortion mill'. She left in cuffs, screaming hysterically (pun intended).
