Mahjong Guide: Mahjong in DOS /V User Translations
This is the list of pretty much all the terms I've encountered so far in MAHJONG in DOS/V USER, with the exception of the hugel blocks of text found under Gameplay Instructions, Rules, and the list of terms on the data sheet.

打牌速度 Change speed tiles are laid down (opens play speed menu)
対局履歴 Look at the overall score sheet (opens score sheet)
データ Look at the data sheet

フリテンです You are furiten (you have a tile in your discard pile that can complete your hand; change your hand or win by tsumo)
