I dared myself to not eat meat or ice cream and drink no soda or juice for a week for the first week of April. It wasn't the best start, since I just polished off a can of beef ravioli, but my excuse is that I didn't want to leave a can of food on the shelf for longer than I have to. And my Vita Lemon Tea is an exception as well. I only have four left, so I should be left with some pleasures. To make up for the beef ravioli, I'll go until the 8th.
Let's see how long I last.
