Mmmmm.... fresh brewed Cream Ale
Just bottled a batch of Cream Ale last Friday and guess what? It's Friday again! That means it's time to start drinking the brew. So if any of you crazy kids wanna sample my latest concoction, gimme a shout.
(For those of you unfamiliar with Cream Ales, there is no actual "cream" in the ale, but it does have a creamy head/flavor/texture if brewed correctly...)
