I use my time at work so productiely....
Got into an email conversation with my brother today about the John Carpenter Film "The Thing". I like this film, its a pretty good horror suspence film. My brother mooted the point about it being re-made in line with studios current need for re-making cult films.
This provided the following response from me.....
"Just think about that for a second. Re-make the thing with todays effects?
Scariest, most disturbing film ever!"
If you have seen it think about it.....
A doctor having his hands bitten off by a dead guys stomach.
A giant spider crawling out of a neck of a decapitated guy.
A guy slowly turning into an octopus.
A guys head splitting in two and becoming jaws of a beast.
All relastically.
Uggghhhh, as good as that film is I think I would pass.
