Let me start off by saying most of this episode was incredibly boring to me. I don't like fashion. I don't UNDERSTAND fashion... as in it literally makes no sense to me no matter how hard I try. (Also, re: fashion. It's a status thing. It exists to prove that you have the time, money, and comfort to waste on not only doing something so unimportant, but on doing it right.
For instance: pale skin was in fashion during Elizabethan times, because the people who could least afford not to work worked outside. Then the working class were all shunted indoors with the assembly lines and customer service jobs, so now to prove that you had the means to spend your time idly, you had to get tan and look like you'd been lounging outdoors, where the proles don't get to go.
Now apply that philosophy to EVERY ASPECT OF APPEARANCE. That is fashion. It's pointless by design.)

I don't care if other people don't like/aren't into it, but I don't hate on other people's interests that I don't get. =(

Also, I can acknowledge that fashion is about Looking Not Poor (even more than it's about Looking Rich) and still take a look at what's coming down a runway and go OMG SO PRETTY. WHY CAN'T MENSWEAR DO THAT? D: Impressive feats of gorgeous clothes are still impressive and gorgeous, but that doesn't change the history of the form.
I was just pointing out that QR's failure to understand fashion from a utilitarian standpoint was not in any way a failure on her part. Frankly, the Fashion World would be happy to know she doesn't get it, because that means they're doing what they want to do.

You know, in Ohranger, the Gold Ranger was the king of the other Rangers.
I find the idea of making people stink more of a "evil is stupid" behavior. Spaceballs taught us good is dumb, but really, taking over the world by making people stink?
