If I were to go back in time...
I would want to go to Classical Greece when the founding fathers of philosophy were teaching. I would want to see the technology that they used including the aquaducts that made plumbing possible. I would want to see and experience the way people lived their lives then.
I would go to the time when Shakespeare was coming known and his plays were performed in the old theaters in London. I would want to live there for some time to experience the daily life that the people had to endure/enjoy.
I would want to go to the time of the French Revolution and see the decadence of the wealthy and the despair of the poor.
I would want to see the way the situations were handled politically and what, if anything, had changed about human nature.
