(no subject)
Well, my July 4th could have been better...I got stuck working a double that day. I was there at 6:45 in the morning and didnt leave til 1:15 the next morning. My morning shift was cool...except for some shit Julio and Syed pulled. I was told to strictly take care of my venders...which I did somewhat, but with Julio and Syed telling me I had to do other things since I was lead didnt help. Chris came in early since he brought in some wacky balls for the night shift...he asked how it was going and I told him not what I planned. I told him that I wanted to give the venders a 5minute break every half hour because they are baking in the sun all day. I said that didnt happen because Julio and Syed were too damn lazy to do their own shit and wanted me to do it. I didnt do it, but the fighting was what kept me from doing my full job. Chris went from a very good mood to calling them in and chewing their asses out. That was some funny shit. The night, I basically gave 3 venders a break then patrolled the Hub area for any suspecting thieves. This one kid wouldnt leave Seth alone and tried to steal this magnetic earing twice! Some woman told him he had to leave because he was too young to be away from his parents. Other than that, I got to dress business casual the whole day...that felt pretty good and was lots of fun. We had a food festival all day....free food and was DELICIOUS! We had apple pizza, ribs, corn, fish, biscuits, cookies, and whole bunch of other stuff...needless to say, I paid like $1 for a drink. Went to the apartment, filled a cup up with half cherry kool aide, half bacardi limon, and went fast to sleep.
