Started working out with Robert this week. He's a blessing, since he's the first person since I started these workouts who will go with me to the gym and actually work out with the same mindset as I do, while still being my partner and not someone I have to take care of, or watch as they do the treadmill the entire time.
CFWU, this time with no gravitron so I'm doing my assisted pull-ups by hanging underneath the olympic bar and pulling myself up towards the bar. My dips are legs out, but pull-ups are tucked.
Day 1: Back squat, 3-3-3-3-3-3, 95-115-135-145-145-135
Day 2: Fran, 21-15-9 pull-ups and 45# thrusters in 10:09
Today: Nancy, 3x 400m (sub 0.3mi on elliptical) + 25# OHS in 12:21
Gotta get back into shape!
