Had a good day today! My sets were almost unbroken, and I still managed to get my heartrate up. Boo-ya.
Beginning HR: 78

CFWU sub pull-ups and dips with 60% assist.
AMRAP in 12 minutes:
2:1 pull-up:dip
4 push-ups (knees)
8-25# KB swing
Final count: 9.5
I got so into the workout that the nine is a "best guess" number, since I may have lost count at one or two points. I've been trying to avoid cheating with the pull-ups (I've been tucking on the machine, simulating a kip), and it's working. I'll give the 60% another week or so and then move to 55% assist. The push-ups felt good, nice and smooth. If my lower back holds up to it, I'll try going to my toes next time. I felt the pull in my LB while doing swings, but the weight was just low enough that I didn't actually spasm out. Go me.
On a happy note, we're getting a new bed in the next few days, so its possible that my overall well being will skyrocket with its arrival. I await thee with bated breath, oh pillow top mattress of glory.
Also, must remember to drink more water during the day. I'm starting to feel uncomfortable pressure in my head after working out, and I suspect that it's because I'm dehydrated.
