So… this is the first Crossfit WOD that honest to God made me cry while doing it. Tears and sweat mix well together, imho.
Read up on the deadlift from articles on the main Crossfit site, so started with a low weight to work on form. HSPU were progressions, body basically horizontal to the floor with my arms extended. Only got 4 rounds in because I face-planted from muscle failure on the last round of HSPU’s. No, I did not cry from the face-plant.

Next time I will definitely increase my deadlift weight, but it felt good to track my body's angles based on the articles I found

HERE. I did my workout at home today instead of at school, so the layout was a little different and I don't have the same equipment. Great thing about CF is that rarely do you actually NEED any special equipment, outside of a freeweight set (and even that is debatable).
Also, I moved up from "Puppy dawg" to "Stray dawg" on the brandx forum I do my CF check-ins on. :-D Now, to go nurse my scraped face and take a shower.
