So things are well for me right now. Benedryl to control the allergies which is actually working better than any perscription I've been on to date. Odd thing it is. But I've decided that I'm going to pay a visit to the allergist and just get the god damned shots and get it over with. Rob says that the stuff they have nowadays it will only take a few weeks to a few months.. not years as I had first thought.
Mostly what's going on now is just mundane activities. Rob and I are doing very well. I haven't cried about the fact that he's leaving in about a week. I'm really getting used to the idea, right now. Once he leaves, it will be a different story. I hope it works out. I really do. I can see myself with this boy, for the rest of my life.. That's a long time..
Anyway... School.. Doing some taping of my father today.. I want to talk to him about the Navy.. And then do a comparison with Rob's idea about the Navy.. This project has turned more into me being like my mother than anything else. I have my mom's taste in men, even if she isn't happy with her marriage now, she was in love with him at some point in her life.. And then I have to do my own personal voiceovers, my own interviews of myself of what I think is going on. This is getting to be such a complicated project.
Other than that, I'm planning on taking a flash course this summer and have Bank of American reimburse me for it, if I'm eligible. That's one good thing about working for a major corporation. There are a FEW perks. Oh, and I have to decide on vacation time now, which is so odd, because I've never got to pick vacation time at all. I never worked at a job that offered it before.
So yea.. right now I'm chillin at home, gonna talk to my dad, and probably head back into West Hartford and spend some quality (drinking) time with my love.
Have a good night, all. And Nuance, I'm sorry about your party. Things get so hectic around here, what with the four-hour sleeping schedule, second-shift job, ect. I sleep when I can. I love you, happy birthday, (even tho its not till next week. ;)
