A little too caffeinated to fall asleep quite yet so I'll write a bit.
Gonna be an amazing month. Two(+) big trips, new work project, good friends, new positive outlook on life. Got sick earlier this week so no big gains on fitness goals. Getting pulled into weird drama, but too busy and excited to worry.
I started reading Gödel, Escher, Bach by Douglas Hofstadter. In some ways it is an intellectual circle-jerk-for-an-introverted-thinker of a book if I've ever seen one. But for what it's worth it does a nice job of breaking down the crazy meta loops and structures in the World and ways to escape recursive thinking. XKCD does a nice job of summing it up: I'm so meta, even this acroynm. And wow that was fast -- insta brick wall. Think Hofstadter meta and I fall asleep.
