One of the perks of being deployed is that they have a neatass program for mid-deployment leave. Basically, i get 18 days (starting from point of arrival, not point of departure, and ending at point of departure, not point of arrival) and a golden ticket where they'll give you one round trip flight to anywhere in the world. Since i wasn't able to take leave on the two previous occaisions for block leave, my name's coming up early in the rotation for mid-deployment leave. How early? Sometime in October early.
Now i just need to find someone willing to put up with me for 18 days. >.>
So how about it? who would be interested in having the sexiness IN THERE VERY OWN HOMES for a limited time only? Anyone with some free time to pick up a monki from the airport? I can pay for food and stuff if need be (because, quite frankly, if no one wants a monki for their Octoberfest, i'm just going to some neat vacation spot to chill for a while >.> )
Also: NAME MY WEAPON! Suzanne, my faithful M16, was finally retired before i left for Tatooine. The sad occaision was lightened only by the arrival of a new challenger, a brand-new M4. Alas, she has no name! I'm open to suggestions as to what to name the poor girl.
